my spouse and i celebrated our birthdays here and the experience was nice. we received a suite upgrade and vip treatment. breakfast was rich and the spa provided a wow massage. the chief concierge offered excellent assistance, including recommendations for excellent restaurants and historical sites.
a large hold was placed on my credit card and it took over a week to be removed, preventing me from using the card.

the hotel offered valet parking with convenient access to indoor spaces. i found direct entry into a very upscale shopping center directly from the hotel. the breakfast provided a wide array of choices, displayed in an appealing manner.
During my visit, a notable issue was the unresponsiveness of reception staff when i needed assistance via phone.

The breakfast had french toast that stood out. the hotel is directly connected to the emmar shopping center. This made access easy. security was high, and all areas looked clean.
The reception staff were not responsive to guest calls. This was a drawback.

I appreciated the concierge service. They explained where to go for city views. The location is next to Emaar Square. I found dining and shopping very convenient. The spa on the 11th floor added to the experience.
There was a slight delay in removing the hold placed on my credit card.
